What is an AI agent?
A program that uses artificial intelligence to understand a request, check your systems (stock, orders, invoices, email) and complete a task, asking a person to confirm when needed. A chatbot only chats; an agent also does the work.
How much does an AI agent cost?
It is priced like a custom feature: a simple automation from 390 €, an agent connected to your data from 1,200 € and a complete process from 2,900 €, excluding VAT; or an Evolution retainer of 1,490 €/month with up to 4 deliveries. We give you the fixed price and the deadline within 48 h of seeing your case.
Does it replace my team?
No. It takes the repetitive work off them (copying data, answering the same questions, preparing drafts) so they can spend their time selling and looking after customers.
Is my data safe?
The agent only accesses what it needs for its task. We sign a GDPR data processing agreement with you and, before we start, we tell you which AI model we use and where the data is processed.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes, with WhatsApp Business, to look after your customers: enquiries, orders and appointments with your data, always with a hand-off to a person, as the WhatsApp Business rules require.
Do I need Neowes ERP?
It is not essential: we can connect the agent to the tools you already use if they offer API access. With Neowes ERP it is faster, because the connection to AI assistants (MCP) is already built.
Do you speak Chinese?
Yes. The team speaks Spanish and Chinese, and the agent can serve your customers in Spanish, English or Chinese.
