Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page are without VAT (IVA); 21% is added on the invoice.
Why does the shop cost so little?
Because we don't code it from scratch: we build it on NeoCommerce, our own platform, which we already use in our own shops. You pay for the setup once, and a monthly plan keeps it running and growing.
B2B or B2C shop?
B2B is for selling to businesses: they sign up with their tax ID, see prices without VAT and order quickly. B2C is for the public: checkout without an account, prices with VAT, a blog and guides. Both take your catalogue from Neowes: you can have one or both.
Do I need Neowes ERP for the shop?
Yes: your catalogue, stock, orders and invoices live in Neowes and the shop takes them from there. For one shop the Essential plan is enough, from 49 €/month, and its setup is included in the shop setup.
How do I pay?
Shops and features: 50% at the start and 50% when you test and accept the delivery. Plans, every month. By bank transfer or direct debit.
Do monthly fees have a lock-in period?
No. You can change plan or cancel whenever you want with 30 days' notice.
What is GEO?
It is SEO for AI search engines: we prepare your website and your brand so that ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity mention you when someone asks about what you sell.
Are the shop and the data mine?
Your domain, your customers and your data are yours, and you can export them whenever you want. The technology is NeoCommerce, which we maintain and improve for every shop.
