What people usually ask us

What is an ERP for wholesalers?

It is management software that keeps in one place what a wholesaler does every day: price lists per customer, orders, supplier purchases, warehouse, shipping, invoices and payments. Neowes also connects your B2B online shop, so your customers' orders come in by themselves.

Can I set a different price for each customer?

Yes: price lists and prices for each customer, quantity discounts and sales by the case with a minimum quantity. In the B2B shop each customer sees their own price, excluding VAT, and only after you approve their sign-up.

Can my customers order online?

Yes, with a B2B shop on NeoCommerce connected to Neowes: they sign up with their tax ID, you approve each one and they order at their price at any time, by SKU or by uploading a CSV file. It costs a one-off €1,500 and is ready in 2–3 weeks.

Does it work for distributors and importers?

Yes. In purchasing, Neowes suggests what to restock based on your sales and your stock, and handles supplier orders, receipts and supplier invoices, which it reads from the PDF. With the Enterprise plan you run several companies and warehouses in the same account.

Does it apply the equivalence surcharge?

Yes. VAT and the equivalence surcharge are applied according to the customer, and appear separately on the order and on the invoice.

How much does an ERP for wholesalers cost?

Neowes ERP costs from €49/month. The Business plan, with warehouse, shipping, POS and bank reconciliation, costs €129/month, and the Enterprise plan, for several companies or warehouses, €299/month. Setup and onboarding is a one-off payment from €990. All prices exclude VAT.

Does it work with my WooCommerce or PrestaShop shop?

With WooCommerce, Neowes syncs orders, stock and prices. With PrestaShop, we connect your shop's orders to Neowes, as we did for Bazar24, or we move it to NeoCommerce.

Is it ready for VeriFactu?

Yes: Neowes invoicing is prepared for VeriFactu. The current dates and who is affected are in our VeriFactu guide.

Is it available in Chinese?

Yes. The whole interface is in Spanish and Chinese, and each person chooses their language.
